Stephenson v. Dow Chemical Co.

(U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit)

TLPJ filed an amicus brief in Stephenson v. Dow Chemical Co.

urging the Second Circuit to hold that a Vietnam veteran injured

by exposure to Agent Orange is not barred from suing by a class

action settlement that provided him no relief and expired before

his injuries accrued. The appeal was argued on May 23, 2001.

We await a decision.
